I’m so excited that we have the opportunity to work together to create a beautiful space that I hope you’ll love for years to come. Before I can get started creating customized design plans and mood boards just for you, I’d like to gather as much information about your style and your preferences as possible. After all, your home should be a reflection of you! This questionnaire dives deeper into some topics we may have touched on during our consultation. Please be as honest and descriptive as possible…there’s no right or wrong answer! Additionally, some questions may not specifically pertain to your project, but that’s okay…try to answer them the best you can. All information in this questionnaire will be kept confidential.
